In this session, Seth will be introducing participants to a cattle ranch in Petaluma and teach participants how to braise beef. He will teach the different cuts of beef, cook a few cuts, and lead participants through a tasting. The experience will culminate in a shared meal.

These summer experiences are designed for 5 housed friends and 5 unhoused friends to experience together. Housed friends pay for the experience in a "buy-one, give-one" model, covering the costs for the unhoused friend.
